Theshop was founded in 1979 under the name Totsport in the centre of Vilassar de Mar, a coastal town in the province of Barcelona. Sports such as surfing and snowboarding, along with urban culture, defined the shop at the time. These values have remained constant throughout all the changes Totsport has undergone to become the current Theshop. This streetwear concept store is one of the most well-known in the urban culture scene of Vilassar de Mar. It has featured various pieces of art and design in its shop windows and interior, as well as live acoustic music sessions and DJ sets for special events. This makes Theshop a meeting point for all lovers of skateboarding, surfing, and snowboarding, as well as artists and designers.






( i - iii ) The window display design for the Fall-Winter 2024 season for Theshop was composed of two pieces that conceptually illustrated the image of a snowflake.

Both pieces were created using Adobe Illustrator's 3D tools and Adobe Photoshop filters. The original snowflake shapes stem from the Sicanje project, led by León Romero. This window display design suggests a commercial application of the initial proposal, with a refreshed look achieved through the application of texture, volume, and colour.

➀ The colour palette used is inspired by the floral bouquets of Castor Fleuriste. Louis-Géraud Castor has offered arrangements born of his intuition and taste, always deeply respectful of the changing seasons.
